Came here for seafood and was not disappointed! The food was incredibly fresh and made with love. It felt very homey. The staff were really hospitable. On both occasions we came here we managed to be the last one seated so feel very fortunate. On first night we ordered the garlic prawns, clams and the grilled octopus. All dishes were delicious!! We then came back the next day for lunch and got the seafood rice which had so much seafood in. We didn’t feel heavy afterwards it just felt like a healthy and hearty meal which was much needed in the rainy Porto. Just want to say thank you to all the staff for your kindness and hospitality during our meals there. Will definitely be coming back!

If you are in Porto you cannot miss this restaurant! We stumbled upon this gem during our honeymoon it was so good my husband and I came here 3/4 days (they were closed one) for dinner and it did not disappoint!! We were always welcomed with smiles, the food was beyond amazing it was fresh, good quality and thoughtful, seriously everything is phenomenal we tried most of the menu but the oven roasted octopus is a MUST. Don't skip out on some delicious port & desserts. thank you to everyone for such a wonderful dining experience, we can't wait to come back and enjoy it again!

Absolutely incredible food and customer service. Honestly, we intended to visit another restaurant nearby but had such a long queue. And we are glad that happened because we got to experience this hidden gem! We visited back to back days and was very lucky to have got the last seats for both days! I guess it was meant to be. The first evening we ordered garlic shrimps (make sure you dip the bread in the sauce!) and clams for starter. Followed by the octopus for main and can say that it was enough for 2 people. We noticed a few tables ordered their popular seafood rice so decided to come back the next day to try it. Without hesitation, I can vouch for all the dishes mentioned! The staff members were warm and always up for a conversation. They even go out of their way to learn how to greet in many languages. We will definitely return again when we visit Porto.

We got the last table here on a Sunday night - I highly recommend booking - and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant had a relaxed, homely feel, the staff were friendly and the food was outstanding - probably the best we had in Porto (and we had some really fantastic food!) The octopus was the highlight but everything we tried was super delicious including the port and the wines. We would have probably gone back for a second time but the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Highly recommend!

If you are in Porto, please and must visit this place. I am not lying and this was THE best experience during my 10-day-vacation in Portugal. I actually visited this place twice in a row 1. Food - If you order anything you see from the menu, the quality is insane. Mostly well balanced quality with fresh ingredients. Especially I recommend (1) Grilled octopus (2) Grilled Codfish (3) Seafood rice (4) and burning Chorizo 2. Service - I loved all the people working there. There are actress-look-alike lady and young-kind Brazilian server. Both made my travel to Portugal perfect. Even I hugged them when leaving Porto. I think this is the best part when you travel. I personally would like to express my gratitude for the warm hospitality and great food. as in Korea, I am still missing the place, food and warm atmosphere Thank you

We found the best place in Porto to eat! Our waiter Kayo was fabulous 👍 Kayo, and the team (wait staff, chefs) made our experience so special and memorable! We had the Duck Rice and the Pork Chops (suck it up should you find it salty, it’s amazing 🤩)! The wine 🍷 was incredible and Kayo’s selection for our last glass of wine was spot on! Walk down into the restaurant, you won’t regret it! They played music from Calema for me too One of the groups I’ve been listening to, to help with learning Portuguese

We had actually meant to go to another restaurant which turned out to be closed, so we hopped into this instead and it was absolutely amazing. The service was incredible - the main waiter came over to adjust our table saying it was wonky (we hadn’t even noticed!!) and was very friendly. The coven roasted cod was to die for, as was the fish cakes with rice. We were so surprised as we had no idea what to expect, and loved every bite! Highly recommend this hidden gem.
